This hypothetical renovation repurposes one of TMU’s lecture halls into a meditation, rest, and leisure area for students and staff.
The project uses warm ambient lighting, raw material finishes, textiles, and organic forms to create a calm and inviting interior focused on relaxation and tranquility.
The open lounge area includes custom wood bench seating, smaller cushions, tables, and a kitchenette, while the sleeping and meditation rooms create more private settings.
Soundproofing, warm dimmed lighting, integrated speakers, bunk-style sleeping, custom millwork, wall assemblies, and reflected ceiling work support the final interior experience.
