A ramp is situated along the west end of the property to allow access to the second floor and panoramic views of Vatero. Material changes and tactile surfaces support Panagiotis as he navigates the space.

This project surrounds accessibility, community, and appreciation of one’s surroundings while accommodating the needs of Dimitra and Panagiotis through multiple aspects of the site.
Community
The former garage is repurposed into a kitchenette and greenhouse space. Together, these spaces invite the local community to cook with fresh ingredients and gather around food and agriculture.
Care
An on-site clinic allows medical professionals to visit the property for routine checkups, reducing the need for Dimitra and Panagiotis to commute to the city for care.
